Earning Rules:

Validity Period:
All member points are calculated on an annual basis. Accumulated points are valid until December 31st of each calendar year. Any unused points will automatically expire and reset to zero at midnight on December 31st, and point accumulation will restart on January 1st of the new year without prior notice. Members may view their current point balance anytime by logging into their account on our website.
Redemption Procedures & Terms of Use
Redemption Procedures:
1. Apply your accumulated points directly at checkout on the Shopping Cart page to redeem. Customers must hold a sufficient point balance to process the redemption.
2. Points earned from new purchases will be credited after transaction completion for use on subsequent orders.
3. Point redemptions must be processed simultaneously with an active purchase. Redemption requests without an accompanying order will not be entertained or processed.
4. Once transaction confirmation or gift redemption is finalized, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
5. Complimentary gifts (where applicable) will be dispatched together with your next order shipment.
Terms of Use:
1. Cash Coupons redeemed via "P Cash Point" are valid toward regular-priced items only (not applicable to promotional items or discounted bundles).
2. All complimentary gifts redeemed with "P Cash Point" are final and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
3. "P Cash Point" benefits are non-transferable and exclusive to official &PREMIUM ONLINE registered members.
4. "P Cash Point" is valid exclusively on the &PREMIUM ONLINE store.
5. and-premium.com reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate these terms and conditions, as well as the required "P Cash Point" redemption values, at any time without prior notice.
