Calculation method:

1) For P-MEMBERs only, earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent (except for designated products), 800 points=HK$50 / 1500 points=HK$100 / 2500 points=HK$200.

2) P Cash Points will be automatically credited to members’ accounts after online transactions are completed.

3) P Cash Points will be awarded according to the final total purchase amount. In the event of an unsuccessful order, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account.

4) P Cash Points can be exchanged for cash rebates or gifts when the designated amount of points has been accumulated (further details will be shared through an online notification).

Ways to earn additional points:

1) Take photos and share your experience and thoughts with us about the purchased products, just tag on &PREMIUM Instagram @andpremiumofficial, to earn an extra 800 points.

2) Provide positive feedback on the product page after a purchase to earn an extra 200 points.

Validity period:

The points have a validity period of one year. Any points left unused will expire one year from the date of purchase, without prior notification being given to the member. Members can check the details of their points on the official website.

Redemption procedure:

1) Go to the shopping cart page on our website and apply the points you wish to use for redemption. It is imperative that customers possess sufficient points to proceed with point redemption.

2) New shopping points will be issued for use with future purchases only after the completion of the transaction.

3) Each time points are redeemed, it must be done in conjunction with a purchase. If you do not make a purchase, the request for point redemption will be disregarded and will not be processed.

4) No changes can be made once a transaction or gift redemption has been confirmed.

5) The gifts (if applicable) will be delivered together with the items purchased through your current order.

Terms of use:

1) "P Cash Point" voucher can be used to purchase any regular-priced product (discounted products are not applicable).

2) All gifts redeemed using "P Cash Points" are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
